The rising sun from the mountain symbolizes the development-oriented image of Uiwang City as a leading Metropolitan city in the 21st century. The green heart means an environment friendly local patriotism that loves the region and nature.

The bright, bold pink heart shape is a symbol of the love of hometown. The sun rising over the mountain shows the image of Uiwang that has developed as a central city, and the road represents that Uiwang is a major transportation point connecting in all directions.
