The tomb of Se-Young, Chae, who was a model upright ancestor Sir Se-Young, Chae was a civil minister in the early years ofthe Joseon Dynasty, called "Yeoji" and "Imjindang," and his family hometown was Pyeonggang. When the "Kimyosawha" (factious quarrel) happened and at the time of punishment of Kwang-Jo, Cho, Keun-Sa, Kim, who had taken a "Kaseungji"(government position related to the king's command) was about to change the guilty prson. Se-Youi^, Chae chided him and took a writing brush but was fired from his position. He served as Hojo and Gongjo Minister at high ranks, even rising up to Uchamchan and Juachamchan. He was well-versed in astronomy, medicine and Chinese language. The Tomb of Se-Young, Chae and Sindo Monument was designated as Traditional RelicNo. 2 of Uiwang City.
